Our mission is to ensure repeated business with our customers through providing the highest quality product on a safety oriented, consistent, and reliable basis.

Safety is our top concern. Currently, New Wave Communications is an approved contractor on the Eversource electric network and has an incident free record for safety and network maintenance. New Wave provides emergency network maintenance to Eversource for all fiber related matters for Eversource’s overhead and underground network in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We provide service to all of New England for all of our clients communications space needs. 

Making sure the men and women of New Wave make it home to their loved ones is our top priority. We implement a vast safety program that adheres to all state, federal and OSHA rules and regulations. Safety is taken very seriously here at New Wave and is practiced from our ground workers to the upper echelons of our management team. Safety training is conducted regularly to make sure our team is up to date and is performing in the safest possible way.
