Shawn Erickson is Co-Founder of New Wave Communications, LLC. Shawn works closely with our field techs on the front line of our operations to ensure quality control is being achieved at every level. He also works with the customers to map out our current operations.
Shawn has over three decades of experience in the fiber optic world and over four years in business. He is always looking for new ways to spread his knowledge with those on our highly skilled splicing and construction crews. Whether it is out in the field with the crews or in one on one meetings, Shawn never misses a training opportunity.
Dylan Stanford
Dylan Stanford is Co-Founder of New Wave Communications, LLC. Dylan oversees all business operations while maintaining a close relationship with customers to ensure New Wave provides the highest of quality. He also works closely with the upper management to make sure New Wave is operating in line with their mission.
Dylan has a decade of experience in the fiber optic industry with four years of business experience. Dylan goes to great lengths to pass on his knowledge through employee meetings and on the job training. He prides himself on quality work and is what he has built the foundation of New Wave on.
